1. The license
Resonance (the “Software”) is licensed to you — not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on any Mac you own or control, for personal or commercial use.
2. What you may do
- Install and use Resonance on as many Macs as you own or control.
- Uninstall it at any time.
- Share feedback, feature requests, and bug reports.
3. What you may not do
- Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
4. No warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use it at your own risk.
Resonance interacts with your Mac’s audio hardware. We test extensively, but we cannot guarantee that every combination of hardware, OS version, and third-party audio driver behaves as expected. If something sounds wrong, unplug your headphones and email support.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software.
6. Privacy
Resonance does not collect personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Updates and changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Software after changes means you accept the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved in the courts of France.
